EZRyde Carve, EZRyde Carve X, and EZRyde Trail Limited Warranty

Who is covered and for how long?
This warranty is valid for (1) year from the date of purchase and covers defects in material and workmanship.

What is not covered?
Corrosion or discoloration of any part of the suspension, hyfax wear, shock covers, tracks, tunnels or any other part of the stock snowmobile.

What voids the warranty?
EZRyde will not replace parts that are failing/broken due to neglect of misuse by the rider. Failure to provide proof of purchase, register your product online, damage from collision or accidents, improper installation, alterations, or RACE use will also void the warranty.

How will EZRyde fix the problem?
If a defect is found in the material or workmanship of the EZRyde suspension and EZRyde acknowledges there is such a defect, you will be eligible for free replacement parts. This warranty only covers the product and not the labor cost of removal, installation or shipping charges. The obligations of EZRyde under this warranty are limited, and shall not exceed the cost of non-conforming parts.

EZRyde Performance Mufflers Limited Warranty

Who is covered and for how long?
This warranty is valid for (30) days from the date of purchase and covers defects in material and workmanship.

What is not covered?
EZRyde will not cover corrosion, discoloration, internal rust, surface rust or rust through. Cost of labor incurred to install or remove the product. Additional parts required to complete installation, shipping charges, loss of use, towing, and any other expenses. Inconveniences or consequential damages incurred by the failure of the product, or expressed or implied warranty with respect to this product other that as set forth herein.

GLSV Inc./EZRdye assumes no responsibility for damage, injuries, or causalities that result from the use of these products. By installing these products the purchaser agrees to the release GLSV Inc./EZRyde from any and all liabilities. GLSV Inc./EZRyde will provide a full refund if purchaser does not agree to the above terms.
